Taxi's start from $3.70 if you wave them down, there's a $3 charge if you get picked up in the city peak hours 7-9am and 5-8pm est. But the meter is only .22c per 400m i think. From Marina Bay to Boat quay peak hour and waved down was only $8 total.
River Ferry is $18 one way per person from Clarke Quay to Marina Bay.
Walking Almost everywhere can be walked by foot, from boat quay to Clarke Quay, to China Town and CDB and Marina Bay.
